Sec. 6-62. – Materials for roof construction.

(a) No house or other building located within the town requiring a roof shall be constructed, erected or raised except with a built-up roof of tile, slate or class A fire resistant asphalt shingles or other class A roof covering or class B roof covering limited to 26 gauge metal sheets in the standing seam or "V" crimp or approved equal configuration.
